Pooptah trip...(that's for you Meg's)

For Memorial day weekend we headed to SLC for to visit my family....most of which are under 5' tall, wait...maybe under 3'tall.

We headed to the Gateway then up to Park City resort to go on the alpine slide, when we were pleasantly surprised to find out they had many other attractions. We went for the Alpine slide/Roller coaster...oh yeah. When I figure out how to post it, I will put up the video Jeff took the entire way down - FULL SPEED AHEAD!! I on the other hand, was absolutely positive that my sled was going to be the reject sled that falls off the tracks and propels my lifeless body into the trees....so I put on the brakes occasionally.

Jeff was a hit with the kiddies...ALL of them, young and old!! He now goes my by Gus Gus to the kids, not to be confused with a single Gus, which is what all of my uncles go by. They all wanted to hang out with Gus Gus, hold his hand, sit on his lap, battle him on guitar hero, play baseball, and the list goes on. I even saw tears in little Joran's eyes as he was saying goodbye to his new big buddy...I of course LOVED every second of this!!!

On Memorial day we trekked all of the family to the Hill Air Force base to see all of the planes and Air Force stuff. Let's just say it was fun, but a handful. Trying to keep headcount of little kids in a museum of fighter jets is quite the task.

All in all it was a fun 48 hours in the mountains...

Seeing your sisters was a flashback to highschool spring breaks in St.George!
