Yep, a YURT!
I discovered a new YOGA studio...classes are on a donation basis! I know, I love it too. I drove up the coast, enjoying the view, listening to my new country song obsession (Sugarland, "Everyday America")...I loved the 75 minute class. We did a lot of partner work - I am always the sweaty one with the totally dry partner...why is the skinny girl not sweaty? Is she not working? Am I working too hard? Is something wrong with me? And seriously, do we HAVE to do partner work...? I had forgotten just how great it felt to do yoga in a STUDIO environment. I highly encourage anyone to try it, if you haven't already...there is nothing like it. I hugged the teacher on the way out, and had a relaxing drive home!!
If you are in the San Diego area, you are in luck...this place if filled with yoga resources....but, for the yurt you must go to Yoga Swami...I put the link on my list of "things I love!"
